flowy single track, 15-25 miles, beautiful views.
I want to run long, hard trails, but my injuries are holding me back at this point. I ran my first ultra (50k) earlier this summer.
I mostly cruise around and enjoy the bluebird days, not super intense, but looking to step it up to the next level this winter!
I don't get out as much as I would like, but can usually make it to the tops of 5.8.
I like to climb to the tallest point I can find.
Just starting to get into yoga, hoping it will help my running injuries.
