Mountain Biking
Technical cross country and big high country rides are my favorite, but I am up for most anything on a bike.
Road Cycling
Road cycling makes mtn biking much more enjoyable. That being said, going 50 on a bike is always a good time.
Running
I prefer trails. I have done a couple half marathons and want to go faster and further eventually.

Was a raft guide in Durango for a summer and paddled 1000 miles that summer. Have started hard shell kayaking and feel comfortable in class 3 rapids. Need to learn a roll.
