I love biking, I've a city rider/commuter for over 10 years
Im not the fastest or most experienced runners but have recently taken to the roads and trails
I am a beginner climber with a full and abundant desire to learn. I recently spent two weeks in Ecuador learning, igniting my passion for climbing. I am currently working with a few friends to learn the art belaying.
I would consider myself an intermediate to experienced hiker, with a few 14ers under my belt and years of camping and forest adventure I am confident in this sector of outdoor fun.
I love it and I always wear SPF!
I practice yoga, hoop dance as well as other forms of dance which have been my pain source of fitness in addition to cycling and hiking, however in the past few months I have taken to some more conventional fitness activities. While still not a "gym" person I enjoy running and basic fitness maintenance to strengthen my body for fun out door activities like climbing.
