I workout at the gym almost everyday, even if it's a nice 30 minute cardio tour. This combines and is the motivation with all my mountain endeavors. I also am a beginner break dancer with my hip hop (true culture) rhythms. Yoga has just been exposed to me in this year of 2014 and I don't see myself stopping any time soon!!
