Singletrack is my jam. Mtn biking was one of my main motivations for moving to Colorado from Chicago (native)...I mean, there's actual mountains here. I love it all and am game for any ride, as long as its dirt. Not a racer...just your typical weekend warrior who loves to ride.
I'm an on-again, off-again type runner. I've done about 7 marathons and decided to stop signing up for them after I reached my goal time. Since then, I run more out of convenience, and likely because I didn't have the time to mountain bike.

I learned to snowboard in the Austrian Alps while on a work assignment 12 years ago - from that day on I've been hooked. I stick to in-bounds, groomers and trees. Would love to learn/try some back-country, however, I know so little, and have a healthy fear of death. Unfortunately, being from Chicago, I know more about Pizza and Hot Dogs than I do about avalanche and back country safety.

Any kind of hiking will do in my book. Hiked my first 14er last summer with a buddy of mine. Super fun, and certainly not my last. Without getting all hippie-dippie, I do enjoy being remote, with a solid appreciation of the entire experience - and not just "bagging" a peak. Would love to try some backpacking.

While mountain biking and snowboarding are my faves, as long as the sun is out (and even not), I'm up for just about anything. 2 of my favorite activities include eating, and drinking beer.

Wait a second...didn't I answer this already?
Yes - I enjoy fitness...as long as it's not called "fitness" :-)
