Looks like another warm Wednesday ahead of us!!! So let's keep the momentum going with our evening outings!
I'm planning on running at Matthews-Winters this time to change things up a bit. The loop I'm planning on doing is around 4.5 miles, but there are options to extend it if that's not enough for you :)
This will be a very mellow run for me and I will be taking lots of hiking breaks, since I'm just getting back into trail running. So perfect for those who would love to try trail running, but feel intimidated!
So bring your friends, camp chairs, and camera phones and let's have some fun!

What: Trail Running, Mountain Biking, Parking Lot Beer Party!
When: Meet at 5:45ish, hoping to start running/biking by 6:00 p.m.
Expectations: This will be a low and slow social outing. The loop I'm planning on running takes a little less than an hour, but feel free to adjust the distance/pace based on your ability. We can always meet up after for a beer :)
What to bring: Headlamps, water, bike lights, camp chairs, warm clothes for afterwards, friends, beverage of your choice, and great attitude!
